If you’ve ever met our team, you’ll know we love a good natter! Getting to know our clients is one of the things we love most about the job. But honestly, we’re just as happy to keep schtum if that’s what you need. Not everyone wants to talk during their treatment and that’s totally ok with us.
Sports massage can be relaxing
Shocking we know! Sports massage definitely has a reputation but it’s not all about sweaty gym sessions and injury rehab. Sure, we help plenty of active clients but we also treat people who spend long days at desks (in an office or at home), are recovering from the strains of everyday life or just need a good rest.
Whatever the reason you find your way to us – your back might be in knots from sitting all week or you might just need a proper reset – sports massage can be as relaxing and restorative as any other treatment. You might feel like chatting or you might just want to zone out – both are completely fine by us.
Want some peace and quiet? Go for it.
If you prefer a quiet treatment, we’re 100% on board. It’s your session, how you spend It is entirely up to you. You won’t offend us by not talking – honestly, we take it as a sign you’re getting into the zone and letting go.
A little bit of talking is sometimes needed
Of course, there’ll be the odd check-in during your treatment – things like making sure the pressure feels right, finding out what areas need the most attention or adjusting your position so we can work more effectively. But beyond that, we’re happy to let you relax in peace.
Your time, your choice
So whether you join us for a deep tissue reset, a post-workout recovery session or just a bit of you time, you’re welcome to talk as much (or as little) as you like. We’re pretty great at tailoring your session to suit you – body and mood.
